OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

Before you enter, it is important that you read all the Rules below.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTESTS, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE OFFICIAL RULES. ANY AND ALL DECISIONS AS TO THE WINNER(S) IS FINAL UPON CONFIRMATION OF ENTRANT.


TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
If you are 18-years of age or younger, you must first get your parents' permission to enter. You must provide your full name, age, telephone number, complete mailing street address, and valid email address. Your submission form along is your Official Entry into the contest. If any required field is omitted, your entry will be invalid. One (1) Entry Per Person please, all dulicate entries will be discarded.

This contest is only available online here at www.CityofAngel.com and is open to all citizens of all countries, and all ages (w/ parental permission as required), Unless Otherwise Noted within the specific Entry Form of the Sponsor(s). All personal information will be kept highly confidential by CityofAngel.com and its sponsor(s).


WINNERS:
The number of winners will be provided on the Entry Form for each individual contest as determined by its sponsor. All Prizes will be listed on the Entry Form in conjunction with 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd place, etc. winners as applicable. If winners are under 18-years of age, prizes may be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian on the winner's behalf.

All decisions as to the winners are final. At the close of the contest, all valid entries will be gathered and a random drawing will choose the winners. All winners will be posted the following day of the close of the contest at CityofAngel.com on the Contest Main page. Confirmation of winners will follow. If a winner can not be confirmed their prize will go to the next valid chosen entrant.


DEADLINE:
Online entries must be posted to CityofAngel.com as follows:

All contests begin at 8:00am, Eastern Standard Time, on the opening contest date and conclude at 8:00pm EST on the closing contest date as stated on the Entry Form page. All entries must be recieved no later than 8:00pm EST at the close of each contest to be valid. Unless otherwise noted.


CityofAngel.com STANDARD CONTEST RULES

1. TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
   Follow the instructions as posted in the contest Entry Form page linked to via the Contest Main page. All entries submitted after the deadline date as listed above will be invalid. Entrants agree that those named below are not liable for entries that fall into the "invalid" catagory:
   
   
   • CityofAngel.com
   • TokyoPop
   • Those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers and agencies.
   • The officers, employees and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or this promotion.
     
     
2. CONTEST AND NOTIFICATION:
   Each contest will run approximately 1-week (7-days), to allow fans the opportunity to enter unless otherwise noted. Your entry is property of CityofAngel.com and their sponsor(s). All winners will be notified by phone, email or mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during five (5) business days from the first attempt of CityofAngel.com, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be selected.
   
   Please allow 4-6 weeks from the close of the contest for the delivery of any of the prizes won in these contests.
   
   
3. ELIGIBILITY:
   If you fall into one of the following categories, you cannot enter these contests:
   
   
   • Employees of CityofAngel.com, friends and family.
   • TokyoPop
   • Employees of any Contest Companies
   • Those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion and their immediate families and members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest.
